Fitting instructions- remove any existing insole from your shoes. Size up the insoles by laying old shoes insole over the top of lifeSoles. Cut to size with scissors. Fit into shoes. Wear orthotic in gradually over 3 days by increasing weight bearing time at 2 hourly incriments.
